Cibola Family Health Center – Drive Thru Flu Shot Clinic
It’s that time of year again!
Friday, September 30th 7:30am to 6pm at Cibola Family Health Center we will be offering flu shots to anyone 6 months of age and older at no cost!
You can now Pre-Register Online:

Those that pre-register, the first 500 adults will receive an adult tumbler, and first 300 kids (12 and under) will receive a kid’s tumbler.
If you will not be pre-registering, please remember to bring insurance cards; insurance cards cover the vaccinations that provide us the ability to continue to provide this event annually.
• You must wear a mask
• Adults wear short sleeve shirts
• Toddlers in shorts
